At S Mini Banquet Hall, we value our clients and strive to make every event a memorable one. Please review our booking and privacy policies before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking & Advance Payment
A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your event booking.
Once the advance is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including event cancellation by the client.
The remaining balance must be settled as per the agreed schedule prior to the event date.
2. Event Cancellation & Postponement
If you wish to cancel your event, the advance amount will be forfeited.
If you need to postpone your event, you must inform us in advance. Subject to availability, we will provide an alternate date.
In case of unforeseen circumstances from our side that prevent us from hosting your event, we will work with you to provide an alternate date or issue a refund of the advance.
3. Venue Usage & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and vendors. Any damages to the property or facilities will be charged accordingly.
Decorations, catering, or additional services must be pre-approved by management.
Event timings must be strictly adhered to. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the allotted time.
4. Liquor & Permissions
Serving or consumption of liquor at the venue is strictly subject to Telangana State Government (TS Govt.) laws and regulations.
Clients must obtain and provide the necessary permissions/licenses in advance if liquor is to be served at the event.
The banquet hall management reserves the right to deny serving liquor if legal permissions are not produced.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information provided for booking (such as name, contact number, and payment details) will only be used for event coordination and communication.
Your data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
6. Force Majeure
S Mini Banquet Hall shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
